This policy covers what we collect through this website and our services, what we do with it, and how to get it back or have it removed.
Information we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number and company name you enter, along with the message itself. If you become a client, we hold the information needed to do the work and to invoice you.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to deliver and improve our services, and to invoice you. We send marketing communications only where you have asked for them, and every one of them can be unsubscribed from.
Storage and security
Enquiry and client data is held in our own systems on Australian hosting, protected in transit by TLS and reachable only by authenticated accounts. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Third parties and overseas disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, principally our email delivery provider, which processes the notification and reply emails your enquiry generates.
Some of those providers operate outside Australia, which means your information may be processed overseas, including in the European Union. We choose providers who are subject to comparable data protection obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rocandrose.com.au and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
